15-29.11 ¦ Graduation ceremonies and disruptions at the Uni Mail site

The graduation ceremonies for all faculties of the University of Geneva will take place for the first time in the Uni Mail building, from Saturday 15 to Saturday 29 November. These events will be held every weekday evening from 5 p.m. and on Saturdays during the day.
Facilities (stage, chairs) will be set up in the building's lobby between 10 and 14 November. They will be dismantled between 29 November and 2 December.
ACCESS VIA THE ENTRANCE ON THE BAUD-BOVY PARK SIDE AND NOISE NUISANCE IN THE EVENING FROM 5 PM AND ON SATURDAYS
From 17 to 21 November and from 24 to 28 November, as well as on Saturdays 15, 22 and 29 November:
- Access is reserved for the UNIGE community
- Access to the building and the library is only possible via the entrance on the Parc Baud-Bovy side via the spiral staircase.
- Working and study conditions in the reading room may be disrupted due to:
- installation work in the hall between 10 and 14 November
- graduation ceremonies held every weekday evening and on Saturdays
- disinstallation work between 29 November and 2 December
