The aim of this event is to provide a basic toolbox which is helpful for daily image analysis tasks.

These workshops will be given Fridays between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm (Room 6026). They are intented for max. 8 persons (level: novice). According to the number of participants several sessions will be organised. Participants will be informed by email.

User meeting 2015 announcement.jpg

Date: It is time to announce you that the 2015 edition of the Bioimaging User Meeting will take place on Monday 16th of February from 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm in room 9078.

Description: We would be really happy to meet you to discuss about : (i) our new PPMS billing system ; (ii) the management of the data storage at the platform ; (iii) our evaluation tests made in 2014 (Zeiss slide scanner AxioScanz.1, light sheet microscopy, Bioaxial CODIM Super-Resolution system) and (iv) the establishment of a series of workshops in image processing for novices (ImageJ, MetaMorph, Definiens, etc...).

The meeting is open to all, but one representative per user group would be ideal. Group leaders are also more than welcome to participate to the discussion, of course.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!
