A flexible programme built around micro-credentials

The humanitarian sector is changing rapidly in this new era of polycrises. Climate-induced risks, technological transformations, and geopolitical shifts require professionals who can continuously update their skills.

 Our revised course offer equips humanitarian professionals with the skills to analyse interconnected crises, move beyond sectoral approaches, and design systemic responses by mobilising knowledge, partnerships, and resources across sectors.

A modular learning pathway

Our programme now offers four levels of learning, allowing participants to enter at different stages depending on their needs. It provides flexibility, modularity and interdisciplinarz learning adapted to evolving challenges.

Our programme is developed with expert input from leading partners such as the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).

Programme information

Who are our courses for?

  • Humanitarian & development professionals (humanitarian practitioners, project managers, field coordinators, policy makers, diplomats, crisis managers)

  • Career changers from health, military, peacekeeping, private sector, or social services

  • Graduate students with relevant volunteer/internship experience

  • Since its creation, the Centre has trained more than 3,000 humanitarian professionals from around the world. Update your skills through short micro-credentials, balance your studies with full-time professional activity and access a global humanitarian network!

Stackable micro-credentials

  • Short & modular courses, between 50 to 125 hours (2 to 5 credits), available online or face-to-face & compatible with a professional schedule

  • Open: to all humanitarian professionals (junior, mid-level or senior positions) looking to acquire targeted skills

  • Allow: to progressively build recognised academic credits

  • This structure also allows professionals to learn at their own pace...
