Steven Sourbron is happy to share with HTN a package of all methods and data he developed to evaluate liver perfusion and function using dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI). The software is available here.
There is a function to download the example data (rat and human) with explanations on where they come from.
Examples and results are available here.
It is free with no restriction on how to use it.
